Stretchy Bracelet Starter Kit

We have all the things you need to start your stretchy bracelet journey. Maybe you grabbed a Bead Bin bag and need the supplies? This is your move! 

You can purchase the whole set, or additional pieces. Hot tip. The bead mat can be cut to fit into any size tray or dish for handy use.

Here are my tips for a long last bracelet you and your kids can enjoy.

Step 1: cut Crystal Tech Clear Elastic with 4+ inches extra. 7inches is a typical adult wrist and 6 is a child’s.
Step 2: Use Beadstopper to keep your beads from rolling away.
Step 3: String on beads using a larger hole bead at the beginning if you want to hide your knot.
Step 4: Check length moving beads to the middle of the elastic and pinching next to the beads creating a little tension. While pinching slip on wrist. Remove Beadstopper when length is correct.
Step 5: Make a surgeons knot. Cross ends and twist one end under. Cross ends again and twist one end under twice. Pull tight.
Step 6: Tighten knot by pushing beads to the side and pinching both the ends and the elastic that the beads are on. Pull tight in all directions. Repeat step 5 and 6.
Step 7: Cut ends and pull into large hole bead.
